I wanted to give our customers an update, since we have been getting a lot of questions surrounding the Coronavirus situation. We here at Nootropics Depot are currently operating like normal. However, we are taking the situation seriously. Currently, orders are being processed and shipped out like you would normally expect. However, things can change rapidly. We have been using enhanced biological protections at our facility, along with having multiple non-essential employees work from home, in an effort to social distance in a responsible manner. We have implemented a pandemic response plan, and have educated all our employees about the facts surrounding the current situation. We are ensuring that we as a company, along with all our employees individually, respond in a level-headed and intelligent manner to this ongoing issue. We will work to maintain normal operations for our customers for as long as we can, while ensuring that we are being responsible regarding the overall public health of our community. Yes, we should be getting some up on the shelf next week. It was an issue with the capsules breaking with how dense the powder was. The force of the encapsulation was breaking the capsules during the process. So we had to get some thicker veggie capsules in to fix the issue. It's all fixed now, though.
