I wanted to give our customers an update, since we have been getting a lot of questions surrounding the Coronavirus situation. We here at Nootropics Depot are currently operating like normal. However, we are taking the situation seriously. Currently, orders are being processed and shipped out like you would normally expect. However, things can change rapidly. We have been using enhanced biological protections at our facility, along with having multiple non-essential employees work from home, in an effort to social distance in a responsible manner. We have implemented a pandemic response plan, and have educated all our employees about the facts surrounding the current situation. We are ensuring that we as a company, along with all our employees individually, respond in a level-headed and intelligent manner to this ongoing issue. I placed a order three days ago and when I track it, it hasn't moved anywhere yet still in AZ says package acceptances pending what's that mean?

It means USPS is not scanning packages to get them out quicker. They have been doing it for a while, but it has been happening a lot more since COVID-19. So let's say we have 500 USPS packages in bins going out. USPS has been trying to save time by not separately scanning each package before routing them on their way. This means the packages are getting out quicker than they would if they had to scan them all, but it makes customers concerned because they don't see the tracking updating. I can assure you that packages are moving like normal, though. We have 3 separate pickups a day, and my team drives to both USPS and the FedEx distribution facility 1/4 mile away at the end of the day for any late orders that came in. So they are going out like normal. USPS is taking an extra day or so to deliver, but not super big delays. FedEx is actually ahead of schedule. Some of their 2 day packages are only taking 1 day! We moved over to FedEx for all our free shipping yesterday, in fact. So we are eliminating the USPS scanning issues going forward.
