I noticed it was far cheaper than other third party lab tested fish oils, anyone use it and is it good?

I bought some yesterday to try from nootropics but it's unfortunate theres no way to test them, they are about the same price other brands place on theirs that are of poor quality, where you look at third party tested other reputable brands with great fish oil you'll see their prices are typically about triple these other low quality fish oil supplements.

We do extensive testing all our products, fish oil included. We have our own in-house lab. However, up until recently we did not have a gas chromatograph in there. So we used 3rd party labs to analyze our fish oil. The fatty acids in fish oil are best looked at on a GC. We just bought a new GC, along with a new UPLC-MS, though. So we will likely bring fish oil testing in-house soon, but for now they are still done at a 3rd party each batch.

As for pricing, we price things as low as we can make possible. It's just most brands out there are ripping people off. Even the "good" brands you mention are not properly testing every batch. Triple the price is purely just a markup. No testing would justify 3 times the price. If I can build our own lab and still do 3rd party testing at the prices we are at, just think of the profits some of those high priced ones are making.
