Between Ubiquinol and CoQ10 which do you recommend using?

I planned on taking either of these with alcar as a energy booster or stimulant. As far as I can tell from a brief look up, Ubiquinol is basically CoQ10 once your body has converted it.

This is where carrier solubilization comes into play. If you take ubiquinone and dissolve it into d-limonene, that allows it to reach much higher plasma levels than straight crystalline Co10 powder can achieve. This is because d-limonene has a LogP of 4.570, which is below the magic number of 5. So if you can get something to dissolve in d-limonene, it will act as a carrier for that substance into the body. So you can get higher levels of bioavailablity with the ubiquinone form if you have a d-limonene formulation.
Would this also be the same for ubiquinol? As in, would d-limonene increase bioaviailibty a lot for ubiquinol like it does for ubiquinone? Reason I ask is because since ubiquinol a lot more bioavailable than ubiquinone, I'm wondering would the d-limonene have much effect on increasing the bioavailability of ubiquinol too

Yes, it helps both forms. That's why it is in both our softgel formulations. DMSO would work even better, but there are side effects to DMSO that make it not ideal.
