Natrium Health order is missing one 120ct sleep support.

Hi,
On black friday I ordered from natrium with the 40% off sale. I bought 60 OptimALA, and 2 120ct sleep supports without any melatonin.
I'm in canada, so it just finally got in today, and I was sad to realize only one 120ct sleep support came in. I'm a university student, and this put me back $150 CAD, so this is pretty disheartening. I'm just worried because it's my word against yours, and it seems pretty unlikely that they would accidentally forget one.
There is a small rip at the bottom of the parcel, and I'm wondering if it maybe fell out?
I've checked outside, and still no luck on a second sleep support. I'll email customer service too, but what are my options here? Am I basically screwed? I'll take a picture of everything that came, the info that says the quantity of sleep support should be 2.
It's worth noting I got an alcohol defence but it looks like a single use package kinda thing.

Yeah, that time period sucked! Most people don't know, but we have had around $300,000 stolen from us over the years. We've dealt with so many different types of fraud, it was insane. Some was stolen from us by our card processor. Some was stolen by crypto hackers. Some was stolen by customers screwing us over. They got creative over the years. We got the FBI involved for the crypto theft at one point, but frankly we were not really high on their lists. Apparently that's low level theft to them... We even had a guy one time using stolen credit cards to buy gift certificates on our site, then using the gift certificates to buy powder. He was then using that powder to make his own products and sell them to people. Just that guy alone stole over $10,000 from us. So that's why we don't offer gift certificates anymore. Shitty people ruin it for the honest ones.
Most people also don't realize that our card processing fees are about 7%. So we have to pay 7% of every order total to our processing bank. That's because nutraceuticals are considered high risk. At least we don't have to fear losing our processing or banking anymore. However, 7% off the top is a LOT, just so people can use their credit or debit cards. Hey, at least we don't only have Echeck and cryptocurrency options!
