Hi,
On black friday I ordered from natrium with the 40% off sale. I bought 60 OptimALA, and 2 120ct sleep supports without any melatonin.
I'm in canada, so it just finally got in today, and I was sad to realize only one 120ct sleep support came in. I'm a university student, and this put me back $150 CAD, so this is pretty disheartening. I'm just worried because it's my word against yours, and it seems pretty unlikely that they would accidentally forget one.
There is a small rip at the bottom of the parcel, and I'm wondering if it maybe fell out?
I've checked outside, and still no luck on a second sleep support. I'll email customer service too, but what are my options here? Am I basically screwed? I'll take a picture of everything that came, the info that says the quantity of sleep support should be 2.

Wow, thank you so much! It's my first time ordering and I was really excited so I guess I was just worried.
My order number is #739. Thanks again, am I okay to open the ALA and sleep support that came today then?

Yeah, you are good! No need to wait if you want to start taking them. I already sent a note to my customer service manager to make sure a replacement gets sent out. Sorry for the issue, but know that you don't need to worry. We'll always make it right. We've gotten our error rate in the shipping department to less than 0.1%, which is VERY good. However, when you are sending hundreds of thousands of packages all over the world, there is bound to be a mistake here and there. We recognize that, and would never accuse a customer of making it up unless there is a clear pattern and history of someone taking advantage of us. Luckily that is not very frequent these days. We did have some scammers in the past, but that has not been a problem for a bit. So we always err on the side of the customer.
