Natrium Health order is missing one 120ct sleep support.

Hi,
On black friday I ordered from natrium with the 40% off sale. I bought 60 OptimALA, and 2 120ct sleep supports without any melatonin.
I'm in canada, so it just finally got in today, and I was sad to realize only one 120ct sleep support came in. I'm a university student, and this put me back $150 CAD, so this is pretty disheartening. I'm just worried because it's my word against yours, and it seems pretty unlikely that they would accidentally forget one.
There is a small rip at the bottom of the parcel, and I'm wondering if it maybe fell out?
I've checked outside, and still no luck on a second sleep support. I'll email customer service too, but what are my options here? Am I basically screwed? I'll take a picture of everything that came, the info that says the quantity of sleep support should be 2.
It's worth noting I got an alcohol defence but it looks like a single use package kinda thing.

Great, thanks a ton, it makes all the difference and I've been really excited to try both for a long time. ALA has some pretty awesome implications on post tbi.
On that note,what should the ALA be consumed with? Empty stomach, fats,?

The OptimALA is best on an empty stomach, at least 30-60min before food.
