Did the packaging for Nigella Sativa capsules change?
Original post in this thread

I've ordered two 60 count bottles so far of Nigella Sativa extract from Amazon (link here)
The second bottle is less than half the size of the first bottle despite the contents being the same!
The seal also came off really easily but I can't tell if that's because of the cold snowy weather making it weaker when I picked up.
The second bottle also has a normal twist lid instead of the push down and rotate lid.
The pills themselves look identical but I just want to make sure I didn't get a counterfeit.
Thanks.

We've been reducing the bottle sizes wherever we can. That's so there is not so much wasted space in the bottles and to save on plastic waste where we can. So the nigella sativa that used to be in a larger bottle is now in the smaller bottle. Nothing to worry about there. That was us. We have a trademark brand registry on Amazon. So we can shut down anyone attempting to sell our brand on there in a counterfeit manner.
That being said, Amazon does have some stupid holes that can become an issue. Someone can still try to hijack our listing and sell counterfeit product on them. We can stop them once we find them, but Amazon does NOT automatically tell us when someone does it. We have to manually look at the listings to see it. So it is possible there could be a time period when we didn't notice. However, you would see it as a "This is available from other sellers" and you would have to click on it. If you are always just buying from our Amazon store, that's not a problem. It's only when you try and buy from other sellers on our listing. Nobody has done it to any ND listing yet, but it has happened to other brands that we know of. So we know it is possible. We are always looking out for it, and we have the brand registry on Amazon for ND. So we can always shut them down if it does happen. If you don't have a brand registry with a registered trademark, you can't even stop them from doing it on Amazon... which is dumb. So a registered trademark is a must for Amazon.
