Ohh wow, it's from May... That's such a long time! I am sorry it has taken this long! DHL doesn't even show this package in their system as being returned to us. Don't worry, I'll tell my team to refund you, and we will reach out to DHL to see what happened. It's likely Italian customs just lost the package and did nothing about it. We'll take care of it, though.
