When you see the tracking stop like that, 99% of the time that means it is stuck in your country's customs. Generally the tracking won't update till it clears customs and gets scanned again. I wish they made that more clear on the tracking. Saying something like "Awaiting customs clearance" would be better. If you use a private carrier, that is what you usually see when it is in customs. However, when clearing through the public side, it doesn't.
Sometimes you can get a little more information by putting the tracking code in your local country's mail tracking system. Some countries pass all the info back, and some only pass some info. It depends on what country you are in. If you send me your tracking number I can look it up and see.
