StockX is also next to us, and they have a SHITLOAD of people that work in there verifying and repacking shoes for people. I have hated it ever since they moved in. They fill the parking lot with shitty cars, and I have seen them open their doors and dent other people's cars. I actually installed an automated opener on one of our roll-up doors with a ramp, and I have the opener in my car. So I just roll up, drive into our warehouse, and park inside in the shade! You won't see me outside. I come and go like a ninja! LOL
