I'm keen to try micromag, but I'm not sure if I should get capsules or powder. I generally prefer powdered supplements, but I don't know how well micromag dissolves in water, or what it tastes like. Can anyone fill me in?

The biggest advantage to our Micromag, in my opinion, is that a dose is a single capsule. Glycinate is two. L-threnoate is three. Even if you go with other vendors, you can't fit a whole dose of glycinate or threonate in

I could maybe see that in people not getting enough magnesium in their diet, taking magnesium L-threonate every day for a while, then abruptly stopping.
