Lemon Balm; 10:1 vs Cyracos?

Original post in this thread

Hey all. Having tried various Lemon Balm formulations, it is effective usually, at higher doses. I have historically used Cyracos. It is apparently high in Hydroxycinnamic Acids. Wanted to know if anyone knew the differences between that, and NDs new 10:1 Water Ethanol extract?

Thanks.

Hey. Thanks for your reply. I have been shadow watching your posts since about late 2017.

I too have noticed a paradoxical effect with Cyracos. Of the 600mg capsuled extract with Cyracos you sell, I found 3 capsules (1800mg) effective for helping ease me into sleep. High dose, yeah. But I take it with a sense of accomplishment coming from heavy duty sleep-aids. I found more then that can cause weird effects. Paradoxical effects.

Would you venture to say that NDs Lemon Balm is more consistent in it’s sedative effect?

OT; I know you used to market a L Theanine sublingual solution. Coming to appreciate Theanine during various periods of stress, I was looking into it. It’s an alcohol-free solution?

Thanks so much. Continuing to anticipate your future posts and supportive of your endeavors.

Yes, I would say that our 10:1 extract is more consistent in its anti-stress/sedative effects.

Our L-theanine is alcohol-free. It is only water as the solvent.

Thanks for the support!

Here to warn the community that I've experienced debilitating rebound anxiety when taking l-theanine. It was 100 percent this substance. Quit a week ago and back to baseline. Theanine is going in the trash.
