I was wondering if all of the mushroom products carried on ND are made from the whole fruiting body? I see that in some it is listed as whole fruiting body while on others it is not.

Everything we currently sell is made from the fruiting bodies of the mushrooms, except for our new LucidiSPORE solution. That is a supercritical CO2 extract made from the spores of the reishi mushroom.
