I have been bothered by this for a while but only got to typing it today.
For instance, if you log in on your account on ND site it doesn't sync the cart to your phone or another device if you're browsing. This is particularly important as I don't order items 1 by 1 from ND rather at a certain package (say 5 items) and then make the purchase, mostly because of the shipping payment.
I can go on about the benefits and cons of this, to make it short can you do this for us ND?

My God, it is so good to hear that you take so much care behind the scenes.
I remember seeing once purity of 101.53 (or simlar) and thinking it was wake, but it was actually real and the reference was just less pure than the test sample.

Yeah, I have now learned that is not an appropriate way to show the data. You can run your calibration curves for the standard and take the exact purity for that lot into account. Then you can get exact purity. I've also learned that many labs don't run calibration curves with a reference standard each time, which is bad science. They just calculate off old curves on the same machine. That saves money on standards, but you lose accuracy. This is why we bought a $40,000 microgram scale for our lab, so we can measure reference standards very accurately, and not waste a bunch making a big stock solution.
