Which rhodiola extract to take for 5-HT1A upregulation

Hello, I read a few studies about rhodiola upregulating 5-HT1A but I can't find which ingredient is responsible for that. Which one would you recommend - rosavins, salidroside or salidroside + tyrosol for that purpose?
Also, what is the difference between rosea and crenulata, I see they're standardized to same levels of salidroside.

Based on the available research, I would lean toward salidroside being the one affecting 5-HT levels the most. However, most studies use an extract that matches our 3% rosavin 1% salidroside one. So if you wanted to most closely match the studies, I would use that extract. It's likely a combination of the various actives in rhodiola leading to the benefits.
The difference between crenulata and rosea is the lack of rosavins in crenulata. It has high levels of salidroside, and other unique things, but no rosavins like rhodiola rosea.
