Black seed oil extract surprisingly strong effect!

Original post in this thread

Hey! I have had severe ptsd and panic disorder, i used and tried alot of drugs and different supplements for it. Many drugs like ssri’s does nothing to me and many supplements just worsens my insomnia like l-theanine and aswagandha.

I decided to give black seed oil extract (Nigella Sativa) a try after i saw post here that it could help people that did alot of diazepam and alcohol(i did as they were only thing that helped me feel better). I didint really except to feel anything from black seed oil after so many supplements failed me, i was thinking im going to eat it few bottles and hopefully it does something good to my receptors that i will not most likely even notice.

I was surprised and enthusiastic after few hours of taking 1000mg of oil extract, because it really has some pretty strong effect, its hard to describe but its like small dose of diazepam or maybe little bit how i felt after taking 20g of inositol. Its calming me down and there is like strong anti panic effect but same time maybe little bit brain fog like with other sedatives (that i dont really like because i have to do alot math in school). Also whats been weird past 5 days i have been takeing it is i fell in…

Sorry i dont know how to tag people so i ask here.

Do you know how strong is Nootropic Depots Nigella Sativa extract 200mg when comparing to Life Extensions black seed oil ”Thymocid” extract 500mg?

The thing is i take life extensions product and i want something less potent. I like the anti stress effect but dont like the feeling like i just took benzo.

Thymocid is from Verdure. We work closely with them on a lot of things, and we considered Thymocid. However, they really obfuscate its standardization levels of that extract. I hate it when things are shrouded in mystery, so we decided not to carry it. We tested some out, though. We actually bought the Life Extension one. My product specialist did not really like the effects. Ours feels more effective, but also smoother. You can get a strong effect if you increase the dose, or a mild one if you lower it. It does not feel like a benzo at 200mg.
