This has been an ongoing problem for several months with all my cards and it is happening to multiple people, not just me.
How are they not feeling the drop in sales and doing something about it? How many people are switching suppliers because they can't make a purchase on Nootropics Depot? I'm not going to get into cryptocurrency just to buy a racetam. Take our cards or accept PayPal or something, this is insane that it is this difficult to make a payment...

We are not having any problems with our processor at the moment, and have not had to use our offshore processor in many months. So there is no systemic issue as to why your card would be being denied. If it is being denied, there is a specific reason that is to do with your card or the information on it. Either the AVS is mismatched to the address you are using, or your bank is denying the charge because they don't recognize our descriptor or MID. I could look up the denial code, but I would need your specific information to do that. My support team can definitely assist with that, though.
We have had so many issues with card processors over the years. It's been the bane of our existence, and many of our competitors have gone completely out of business because of it. Those issues are in the past, though. We are not dealing with any of them at the moment. We have built up this relationship with our current US bank over years, and we finally have stable banking and processing on our side. Any denials are limited specific issues with details put in, or with customer's banks being too choosy about the MIDs/descriptors used on the transactions. However, those can be addressed quickly if we get the specifics of your attempts to look into.
Paypal is never going to allow nootropics. All my businesses are banned, along with me personally and a few of my employees. Anyone selling nootropics and using Paypal is living on borrowed time, and they will eventually freeze their accounts with the funds in it. They froze $50,000 of ours a few years back. You can go back through my post history to get a glimpse of just how much we have fought the banking and card processing industries. It's been a very very difficult ride. We lost over a dozen bank accounts, and have been dropped or denied by around 40 card processors. We literally ran out of banks in a 10 mile radius of us. There really are not any alternatives at the level we are operating. We are lucky to have built up these banking relationships over the years with our current banks. We would absolutely be out of business right now if it were not for the relationships we have built. Ask any of our competitors, even Pure, about their processing. They will tell you the same story. We were smart, and got a little lucky. Others were not so fortunate.
