On November 30th I bought 25 grams of phenibut HCL, I tracked the package today and it said it was delivered but I checked the mailbox and it was not there. I messaged ND but I was wondering what you guys think I should do. Thank you have a great night.
Update: I just got off the phone with USPS, they said the package was probably stolen and they are not responsible, and I know that is not the case. I explained to them that I was home when the mail came and went to check the mail as the truck pulled away and also told them I checked with my neighbors, they still said because of the holidays packages are often stolen. I find this completely ridiculous, I'll update when I hear back from ND, but I don't know what they could do except send me another, but that is unfair to them.
Update2: ND is resending the package.

If it doesn't show up today, my team can ship you another package. Sometimes USPS mixes packages up, or scans it and leaves it in the truck. So it shows delivered on tracking, but it is still sitting in the truck. That could be the case here. Either way, we'll get you taken care of.
