Empty Container From Nootropics Depot?

Recently I ordered a Racetam Sample Pack from Nootropics Depot, and after opening the container of Fasoracetam that came with the pack, I noticed that it was basically empty (weighed out 72mg of powder, but there was supposed to be 1g). ND has been the go-to company for me since stumbling across supplementation and have yet to notice any errors in shipments. So, just a little curious if anyone else has been experiencing any hiccups in relation to ND?

That would be a very very rare occurrence with our QA/QC procedures; almost impossible, but I suppose not completely impossible. Someone can always make a mistake, and QA/QC might not catch it with a smaller variance with the total weight of the jar, lids, and desiccant. The powder might also be sticking to the sides of the jar a bit as well.
