That's a Chinese manufacturer COA. It's one step above meaningless. I will say that any vendor that is too stupid/lazy to even remove the supplier name from a Chinese COA is probably pretty dumb, and cutting as many corners at they can.
Keep in mind, impure synths are not the only thing to worry about with China. Many times they screw up the shipping, and they mislabel one shipment for another customer to you. One time our bromantane shipment went to a company in New York, and we got their dextromethorophan (DXM). That company obviously was not testing. So they thought it was DXM. We tested ours, and it was obviously a completely incorrect chemical. So we went back to the supplier, and they figured out the shipping company switched the two containers/labels when they went out. This happens multiple times a year with different compounds. So it is not always the Chinese supplier screwing up or scamming you. Sometimes their shipping company switches things. Sometimes it is a single container in a larger shipment that gets switched. So 39 out of 40 containers test well, but one is a completely different chemical.
Let's play a thought experiment. Let's say you have an engineering project for your major at university. For your final project you need to have a machine made to sort things, so you contract the PCB board manufacturing out to a Chinese company. When you get the PCB board in, are you going to test the functionality and quality of the work, or are you just going to trust it and slap it into your machine the morning your assignment is due? You'd be stupid not to test it out and check to make sure it was manufactured correctly. So why would anyone think that a chemical you are putting into your bodies should just be trusted without testing? I wouldn't trust bulk steel from China without testing it to ensure it is in spec. Why people here think they can just trust these companies blindly is beyond me.
