Can ND even still call this chocamine and why can RFI ingredients not answer a simple question about their own product.
What they were answering

That is what Chocamine is... We are the only ones labeling it properly, and we recently changed our labels to reflect that. We don't add anything to it at all. It's just Chocamine powder in a jar. RFI Ingredients is adding it. It's part of the Chocamine formulation, and ALL Chocamine you have ever taken has those ingredients in it. Everyone else is just mislabeling it. We recently went through a bunch of FDA regulations regarding proper labeling of proprietary blends and patented ingredients, which is why we changed how we were doing it.
Why would we be adding in random spices to a proprietary ingredient? Why not just ask me about it before getting upset about it? When we sell a patented/trademarked/proprietary ingredient in a jar, we don't add ANYTHING ELSE to it. It's just pure powder of whatever that is. Now if we later learn that proprietary powder has other ingredients in the formulation, we feel it is the responsible thing to do by adding that to the label. Moreover, it's the proper course of action per FDA regulations. That doesn't mean anything has changed with the ingredient. It just means we are trying to more properly inform people of the things they are taking.
