I honestly do appreciate the attempt to help us out. Just know that I have worked for years on this, and spoken to many lawyers, bankers, card processors, and regulators. There is no way for me to get Ceretropic reliable processing without violating financial regulations. I didn't just give up without a fight. I have been fighting for a couple years now. Sometimes you reach a point where you realize that fighting is only prolonging the inevitable. I realize it might not seem clear from the outside, and is frustrating because of that, but I am so tired of fighting. I want to refocus my efforts into something that actually has a future.
Trust me, nobody here knows just how shitty this feels to have to end something I have spent every waking moment building for five years now. It's not a decision I made lightly. However, it's the right decision at this point in time.
