Hey guys, I made a purchase on Intellimeds 3 days ago using UPS Express in the hopes of getting my order within the week. I didn't get an e-mail of any sort after paying and tried mailing them to receive an ETA. No answer from them at all.
I was wondering if anyone here is still using them and how long their orders usually take. Thanks in advance

i proposed my help as warehouse but they have refused.
Would be a good idea a patreon/kickstarter/indiegogo to rise found to start a nootropic site(eu based)?

The problem is that you are in Italy. Italian customs is very difficult to get through with large shipments. If you were in the Netherlands, or another EU country with easy customs, it would be possible. Things always sound good at a high level, but then then you get into the nitty gritty of the details and it falls apart. We've tried a few times now to make the numbers work, and either import duties or VAT completely kill it. We would have to manufacture in the EU for it to work, and that's a whole other ballgame.
Recently we have focused on improving our standard shipping. So we have switched to a new DHL service that is faster and more reliable than our previous, while also allowing us to lower shipping fees eventually. That doesn't help those in countries like Germany who have difficult customs, though. I get that. It's just not an easy solution to fix. Fulfilling from inside the EU would increase the unit prices we would have to charge, plus it would increase shipping prices and force us to collect VAT. Also, how would I ensure the speed and level of shipping service stays high like our in-house fulfillment when I am halfway across the world? I have a hard enough time keeping my Arizona team operating at the levels I need them. Also, how would I effectively manage inventory?
Trust me, if it were an easy solution to fix, I would have done it years ago. A lot more goes into making everything work smoothly than most people realize. It's not that we are not trying. It's just that I don't want to half-ass something as big as an EU expansion. Keep in mind that we are not a big company with big funding behind us, either. I've built this all up from nothing. So we can't just throw money at things until they work. We have to be smart and lean about it, or it can ruin us.
