Fat Soluble Compounds and a Huge Misconception

One of the biggest misconceptions that I have seen in this community, posted over and over, is that if something is fat soluble then it needs a source of fat to be digested. This is not true.
Aniracetam and phenlypiracetam are both great examples of this. You will found countless examples of people saying to take aniracetam with food because it's fat soluble. Meanwhile, aniracetam doesn't actually need fat to be absorbed. The same goes for phenlypiracetam. These are perfectly fine to take on an empty stomach.
There are things like vitamin D that require fat to be digested. But this is due to the fact that vitamin D requires bile (and bile salts) to be digested properly.

I've ranted so many times about it. It's not a misconception that will be going away anytime soon.
