In the Labdoor main Bacopa page under "Projected Efficacy" they mention:
A typical dose of Bacopa monnieri is 300 mg/day standardized to an extract concentration of 50-55% bacosides, which equates to 150-165 mg/day
Just unsure of what the optimal dosage would be to attain positive effects

Hardly any bacopa actually has 50-55% bacosides. That comes from when the industry standard for measuring bacosides was done via UV-VIS, which vastly overstates the amounts. When using HPLC, you usually see 10-20% bacosides.
For dosing, I would just go with the standard 300mg 1-2x per day.
