Allergic reaction to semax?
Original post in this thread

I made a similar post yesterday but it was early and poorly written, so it largely went ignored, and I deleted it.
I have used both semax and NASA for about 1-1.5 months. I took a month off, and then started up with NASA again because I preferred it to usual semax. I used to take 1-400ug, and this time I got the 300ug spray, doing 1-2 sprays (300-600ug per day), but I think 600 is a bit much for me.
The morning after taking it for the first time on this second round (so about precisely 24 hours later), I noticed a rash/cluster of itchy bumps on the back of my hands and my ears. I assumed it was unrelated, because I never had this last time I took semax, and kept taking it. It's been about 4 days now and the rash has only gotten worse, spreading across my hands. I've never really been allergic to anything in my life and never had a reaction like this, except to poison ivy.
I did also go out that night, so it's possible I came into contact with something at the bar?
I'm stopping all supplements, including semax, to see if it goes away, and will see a doctor soon if it persists. But I can't find anything like this documented on the internet.

I have a ton of work right now and don't really want to stop the NASA, because it's the shit, but I think I probably should.
Would you stop all supplements until the rash goes away, and then perhaps resume one-by-one to identify the culprit (or see if it was a coincidence)?
It seems to be sun-related (we had a sunny day yesterday where I lived, I wore a t-shirt, and some more popped up in the v of my neck). I noticed there's a ton of B-vitamins in my multivitamin, also my b-complex (obviously), and more b6 in my ZMA. I read online that excess vitamin b can lead to photosensitivity. Perhaps it's that, combined with the heightened immune response of semax, that caused it.

So you are taking a multivitamin, and B complex, and ZMA with more B6 in it? Too high of doses of B vitamins can definitely cause that. Semax could be exacerbating it. I would probably stop taking everything, and add in each back one by one.
