P21 - Interesting reaction?

Started taking p21 about a week and a half ago. 1mg daily, sub-q. Since then I have noticed a correlation to dosing and maybe getting some sort of immune reaction(hot + dry eyes , feeling in sinus). Anyone else get this? I am slightly concerned after reading some of the "P21 gone wrong" stories in regards to an immune reaction to CNTF(although I have also read this is unlikely due to the size of this peptide)

I actually realized due to using an old smaller sterilized water amp I had around for reconstitution I had put in much less water in the vial without paying attention. I think I have been taking doses for 2-3mg which could be causing the issues.
I stopped and holy fuck I feel human again, I almost felt completely unmotivated and tired. This could be confounded with a thyroid & low iron pproblem I am currently facing and managing at the same time(However I have noticed a cause and effect relationship with the peptides in the sense of me getting a stuffy nose, hot/flushed skin and tired feeling). I'm curious what /u/MisterYouAreSoDumb has to say to this?
What is the controversy surrounding the claims? My skeptical side was calling out troll when I saw that user being very vague and hesitant to talk about his immunologist experence.
I do IF most of the time so hopefully that helps as well.

P21 can make you tired. That's the main side effect. Also, an immune response is something I have experienced as well. Lowering the dose seems to fix both. However, err on the side of caution if you feel it is warranted.
