They are in stock right now on Nootropics Depot. We have been focused on keeping ND in stock for things like that.

Fasoracetam does up-regulate GABAb. So it can help with that side of Phenibut tolerance. However, Phenibut also stimulates dopamine receptors and antagonizes β-phenethylamine. So it will not affect those tolerance levels
