Do I Need to Stop Taking Nootropics Before Surgery?

I will be having a kidney removal surgery on December 14th. I also have a final project for a programming course due on December 12th. It's definitely a stressful last week and a half. As such, I was wondering if it would be safe for me to continue to use my current nootropics stack up until the 12th.
I am currently taking Oxiracetam, NALT, Sulbutiamine, L-Theanine, and Alpha GPC. If anyone has any clues it would be greatly appreciated.

Yes, 100%. I absolutely recommend ceasing all nootropics before and immediately following a major surgery. You do not want any chance of an adverse interaction. Even I cease all supplementation before and after a surgery. Eliminate any variables that might cause problems with anesthesia or other drugs while having the procedure.
That being said, stopping 2 days before should be fine. You are not taking anything that has a long half-life.
