I've bought from them countless times and I can't seem to figure out what could be causing this?

We are on our backup processor right now till the end of the month. Some people's banks think it is fraud, so they deny the transaction. You should be able call your bank and tell them it is not fraud, then make the order again. If that doesn't work, we will be back up on our main processor Thursday night after 6pm.
