My support team has certainly given you multiple updates. You're in Bahrain. Your customs takes forever to clear packages. That will be the same no matter who you order from. It was passed off to your local Bahrain Post 3 days ago with the status "Item dispatched locally." You have to use the local tracking number on the Bahrain Post site.
