Am I allergic to cordyceps and Lions mane from nootropics depot?

Hi, I've been taking lions mane and cordyceps for 4 days now and sometimes I get a mild itch kind of like a mosquito bite but easier to ignore but it goes away pretty fast. Today I brought the cordyceps up to 2g for the heck of it and ~3 hours later my face started feeling warm and kinda tingly? kind of like niacin but not as bad. the only allergy I have is shell fish and I've eaten store bought mushrooms plenty of times before. Idk, I just wanted to know if this is just a common side affect or a warning to stop

That can happen if you raise the dosage too quickly on cordyceps. The same thing would happen to me if I jumped right into a 2 gram dosage. I stick to 1 gram and below on that one.

Lion's Mane has been a godsend

Replying to C0ffeeface · Nammex is by far the most reputable brand out there, so I'd be curious to know the new supplier?

We go direct to the farms growing them now, and have them extract them to our specs. We are doing that with plant extracts now as well. We have a few trusted extraction labs that we use for customs projects for us. They

A) I went with what Matt suggested I use, and the supplier they were using before I took over. However, it is expensive as hell. A 125g would be pricey, since it is a custom 10:1 50/50 water/ethanol extract. B) I don't
