No, not yet. The places saying they offered qualified 5,7,8-THF reference standards came back and said they did not actually have it. Only one did, and it is $800 for 20 milligrams. So we held off. Right now we are considering NMRing it.

Yes, but I have never been satisfied that the sources for 7,8-DHF were correct and pure. I think all the vendors have been selling 5,7,8-trihydroxyflavone instead. We are actually having a 3rd party lab confirm that now.

Seems to have similar efficacy at TrkB. I would have no problem selling 5,7,8-trihydroxyflavone. It just needs to be properly labeled, and not called 7,8-DHF.
