Can't get tracking number. Don't know if item shipped.

Hi,

I've emailed [email protected] twice and haven't got a reply back. They told me earlier that they combined 2 orders of mine into one and are using express shipping. I've yet to receive a reply to my messages about a tracking number.

I don't even know if the item shipped yet. Can anyone employed there help?

Same problem. Order supposed to ship last thursday, no movement on tracking. My emails since Friday are being ignored. Tracking shows it was shipped today. 4 days late. Very displeased with Ceretropic.

I apologize for the delay. I just found out that 20 orders did not go out on Thursday. I have no idea why, but I will figure it out. We just switched to a new MRP and barcode system, and the barcode one pretty much blew up today. So we have been running around trying to get that fixed. Pair that with one of my customer support staff and my process engineer just not showing up today, and it has not been a fun day. If you PM me your order number, I will make sure you are taken care of.
