Can't get tracking number. Don't know if item shipped.

Hi,

I've emailed [email protected] twice and haven't got a reply back. They told me earlier that they combined 2 orders of mine into one and are using express shipping. I've yet to receive a reply to my messages about a tracking number.

I don't even know if the item shipped yet. Can anyone employed there help?

Sorry, I have not been able to check any PMs today yet. It's a bit nuts around here with the new barcode system malfunctioning. We also had over 1,100 orders to get out today. So it has been an interesting day.
