From my experience, Nootropicsdepot Lion's mane mushroom is worse than Powder City

Sorry for my bad English.

While powdercity lion's mane uplifts my mood and does not impair my cognition, ND Lion's mane decreased my digit span scores (tested on cambridge brain science) and did not enhance anything. It also worsened my gaming performance.

I tested ND lion's mane with various dosage and on an empty stomach. I miss the old Powdercity:(

Yes, I have had very paradoxical reactions with Bacopa, I've tried Himalaya Extract, Regular Powder, Bacognize and now your Synapsa. I have always believed that I react badly to something in this plant, but I keep trying it because the memory benefits are extraordinary. My girlfriend is pissed off with me for insisting on taking this herb, she thinks that I'm a maniac and that I'm poisoning myself.

Synapsa is the first one giving me a rash, but every single kind has removed my rhinitis and improved my anosmia like no other supplement is able to, except maybe spirulina in really high doses. According to my doctor, I need a turbinate surgery, but with Bacopa all the problems dissapear. In the other hand, Bacopa always gives me pain in the bones of my face, Bacognize made me even bleed a lot from my nose, like I'm having a really bad flu. It also made me lost all my appetite and I feel like I'm unable to complete an exhalation, as it is impossible to expel 100% of the air in my lungs.

Except Synapsa, all the others kinds have put me into a depressed, lifeless state, so I was ok with just the bad exhalations, the pain in the face and some minor gastric disturbances, mainly avoidable through sublingual dosing, but the rash was bad, really bad, burned skin bad. It is a fucking shame, because it is the best nootropic out there, at least in my opinion. And I don't understand the sid…

So is Paul Stamet’s Brand Host Defense Garbage in terms of Lions Mane?

Replying to silver-silver · Chinese grown mushrooms apparently contain heavy metals from the ridiculous amount of air pollution over there.

That's propaganda from Paul Stamets to try and make people think Chinese mushrooms are bad. It's just plain false. We test every batch of mushrooms that comes through, and not once have we rejected one due to heavy metal
