Are Semax and Selank portable at all?

Supposedly, Semax and Selank are best kept in the fridge and shouldn't be shaken. Otherwise you risk breaking the peptide bonds. This makes me wonder if travelling with them is an option at all; I'm not exactly bound to my fridge, and often stay with friends for days on end.
So, does anyone here have experience with (or ideas about) carrying these substances on the go? Assuming I travel by public transport or moped and don't run too much, will I notice them being less effective?

Very funny. Sure, the stuff can be transported. But it's not sent in gel packets for no reason. People are recommending to keep it in the fridge and not to shake it. I just want to know how much it can really take.
/u/MisterYouAreSoDumb did say that Semax should be OK at room temperature, so I'm not too worried about heat. But say I take Semax/Selank to a festival this summer. I don't want to waste my money and discover it's become ineffective.

I probably would not take them to an outdoor summer festival without some temperature controlled packaging.
