My brain feels crystal clear after chewing on a slice of Ginger. Have you tried Ginger before?

It's been a while since I've trying chewing on ginger for a nootropic effect. I've initially taken a break from raw ginger consumption given that too much ends up altering the stomach mirobiome. I think it made my stomach sensitive in the past- but I suppose I just was using too much.
But recently I've been having motivational and brain fog problems. I noticed that my productivity was being affected, given that I was more prone than usual to just sit around and relax watching some television show. Which of course was a horrible waste of time.
I usually do this when I find that it is hard to think, if that makes sense.
But taking ginger fixed that.
I believe ginger works in a couple of ways. Directly, ginger is a blood thinner and a anti-inflammatory. Blood thinning allows for more blood to easily be pumped to the brain to deliver more nutrients. And the anti-inflammatory property allows less tryptophan to be destroyed from inflammation and therefore more tryptophan is converted into serotonin in the brain.
