NA-SEMAX and NA-SEMAX-Amidate dosage and side effects

Hey there,
I recently tried intranasal NA-SEMAX, and I was a huge fan, so I jumped right in and bought both NA-SEMAX and NASA from Ceretropic and opted to try sub-Q injections.
I looked around at others' posts and experiences, looking at dosage in particular, and I saw a wide range of empirically effective doses, from 100mcg-600mcg, some as high as 1mg, so I opted to just match the dose that was working so well intranasally, ~600mcg-800mcg, and the effects were entirely different.
It resulted in brain fog, hindered fluency of speech, and a subtle headache that lasted for a few hours, followed by, admittedly, a very productive afternoon/evening. So my guess at this point is that I took too much, resulting in negative side effects that eventually wore off as the excess SEMAX wore off.
I suspect this may be due to the higher absorption rate of sub-Q vs. intranasal (I may have taken too much, considering the sub-Q absorption is nigh on 100%), but I wonder if there are any other factors that would play into this.
So finally, my questions for you wonderful, knowledgeable people:
1:Should the effects (not the dosage) be the same, regardless of ROA?
2:What sort of dosage have you…

Seems like intranasal is overall better in terms of given effects based on the short parts I read and the discussion at the end. Thoughts?

For mental effects, I would agree.
