I asked for CoA on march 30 for specific lot, on april 5 i got an reply than it takes a week or less to create it ( dont you have them already ?). 7 days later ( as i was said a week or less) 12 april i emailed again and asked whats up with it.
And since then i didn't get any reply at all and another week passed.
So i wonder is it normal such long reply time or what happening :)

We've been having a tough time hiring new people to help with the workload. We've had two new hires just not even show up for their first day of work, and have had over a dozen people who scheduled interviews, but never showed up for the interview... It's been a challenge.
So I apologize to anyone that is waiting a bit longer for responses than usual. We are trying to hire more people, and will get things back to normal ASAP. We are also moving into a new 29,000 square foot building at the moment, and doing all the construction/furniture sourcing/setup/etc. So it's a bit crazy around here right now. Sorry it has been causing some things to fall through the cracks and making response times a bit longer than usual.
