I asked for CoA on march 30 for specific lot, on april 5 i got an reply than it takes a week or less to create it ( dont you have them already ?). 7 days later ( as i was said a week or less) 12 april i emailed again and asked whats up with it.
And since then i didn't get any reply at all and another week passed.
So i wonder is it normal such long reply time or what happening :)

Alright, good deal. I'm mostly kicking myself for initiating a bitcoin transfer on Sunday knowing you don't process when I could have waiting till today and used a CC! Thanks for the response. Looking forward to my first shipment!

Sorry about that! Our limit reset today. So cards are back up.
Also, apparently our BTC processor locked out our IP address for a bit, which is why my support team could not get in. We have it fixed now, though. So we should be getting all the orders sorted out.
