Does N-Acetyl Semax Amidate downregulate TrkB?

SEMAX up regulates TrkB (and exhibits reverse tolerance), but as many have experienced N-acetyl semax amidate becoming less effect over time, I'm wondering if it results in TrkB downregulation.

Also, would upregulation of TrkB (possibly with SEMAX or forskolin) prevent N-acetyl semax amidate from losing effectiveness?

There's no way for us to know for sure. I wouldn't think so, but it's possible.
