Best probiotic brands, especially for mental health/nootropic boost?

I'm pretty curious in probiotics for mental health and have been consider Culturelle, which contains Lactobacillus GG which I've heard is well-studied. Just curious if anyone has any recommendations? Also another problem I've heard is that if they're transported above 70 degrees they basically lose their efficacy. If that's true are there any sellers that have a guaranty that they receive/store/ship it cold?

Yes I do. I take VSL#3 when I need to repopulate my system; like after a round of antibiotics. Then I take Udo's Choice Super 8 when I am just keeping things balanced.

I am working on developing our own probiotic as well. So at some point we might offer one.
