Ceretropic bitcoin payment window expired -- payment sent!

I sent a payment to Ceretropic using their Coingate processor. There is a payment window of 30 minutes.
I sent the bitcoin immediately however it took about 45 minutes to "confirm". So the payment window expired. My bitcoin are now sitting in some expired wallet with Coingate most likely. I followed up with Ceretropic support but received no reply. I will do the same with Coingate but wonder if anyone has had a similar experience and what can be done about it.
