Ceretropic bitcoin payment window expired -- payment sent!

I sent a payment to Ceretropic using their Coingate processor. There is a payment window of 30 minutes.
I sent the bitcoin immediately however it took about 45 minutes to "confirm". So the payment window expired. My bitcoin are now sitting in some expired wallet with Coingate most likely. I followed up with Ceretropic support but received no reply. I will do the same with Coingate but wonder if anyone has had a similar experience and what can be done about it.

Just a follow up. I contacted Coingate who confirmed that the Bitcoin was received and they marked the order as paid. A Ceretropic confirmation mail was generated at this time so its all good.
I'm not sure if this kind of follow up by Coingate occurs without an inquiry so if your window has expired after you have sent the coin might want to check with Coingate first.

Orders have to manually be marked as paid if they are outside of the 15min window. That's due to bitcoin's volatility. My team should be able to do it as well. Coingate recently added that feature for us.
