Sorry for the frustration. We do have things VERY locked down right now, to prevent fraud. So if you are a first time customer with an order that gets flagged, my team is instructed to gather more information about your identity before approving the order to go out. That's just the way it has to be right now. We've been hit with tens of thousands of dollars in fraud lately. It was one of the triggers that got us to lose our card processing. So I need to protect us, to ensure we can continue operating at all.

Based on your comment history, I think I know who you are. If you can PM me your details, I can get you taken care of.

Also, keep in mind my team is absolutely HAMMERED right now with support tickets. So our response time is not as fast as usual. I've hired more customer support agents, and am hiring more. However, the large influx of new customers means that we will have some catching up to do.
