Should or could that affect the alleged telomere-lengthening properties or just the nootropic effects? I realize this is speculative. I'm just curious.

It should affect it's ability to pass lipid membranes like the blood brain barrier. We can only speculate on if it improves the telomere-lengthening effects, though.
