It's perfectly fine. The gel pack is meant to act as a heat sink, and does not need to stay frozen. It's also really there for hotter summer months. There are no issues in winter, as it is really when it starts getting 100*F or more that it becomes an issue. Room temperature is fine for Semax and Selank. The Russian drops actually state they are stable for 2 years at or below 50*F. They can handle shorter periods at room temperature. I've had a Semax bottle on my desk in ~72*F temps for over a year, and it is still effective.

I agree. It's fucked up. Trust me, I had to shut my fucking company down because of this. Ceretropic is no more because of the bullshit in this country. So nobody is more frustrated than me. I fought for years for this.
