Apparently my bank doesn't do business with North Korea and that is who their billing merchant is through now, Kinda frustrating and I just went through Nootropic Depot. The packaging and marketing looks very similar and I'm slightly confused with how close they are to each other. I wonder if they are affiliated.

Question, what is a proper small dose to use when therapeutically dosing phenibut on my off days?

Payments are a mess for the nootropics industry as a whole right now. I don't see it getting better anytime soon, either. The only way it will get better is if we repeal some of the draconian financial regulations put in place since 2008. Our government has their hands deep in the banking industry now.
